As a member of the Centre Operations team you will ensure that the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization are being achieved while attaining a happy and stimulating environment for staff, residents and patients in all support services responsibilities.Education:A Bachelor’s degree in foods and nutrition from an accredited Canadian University or equivalent is preferred. An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.Membership in the College or professional organization is preferred.Experience:At least five years of recent administrative support services experience, with proven leadership skills and management abilities is required.Personal Competencies:Intermediate level skill in the use of Microsoft Office is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Has an understanding of the needs of the long term care resident and post-acute population in ensure a person centred care perspective.Demonstrates a commitment to person centred care and hospitality by being kind and caring to residents, families, visitors and co-workers.Implements and monitors good work safety and accident prevention measures; promotes early return to work programs; fosters employee wellness and reduced absenteeisJob Type: Full-timeFlexible language requirement:
