We are currently seeking candidates for Manufacturing Labour positions at a Fibreglass and Polymer Facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to work in a dynamic and growing industry.As a Manufacturing Labourer at the Fibreglass and Polymer Facility, you will be responsible for various tasks involved in the production process. This includes operating machinery, monitoring equipment performance, inspecting finished products for quality, and assisting with material handling and inventory management.The ideal candidate for this position is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
  • Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
