Your TeamAs a member of the Edmonton Marketing team and reporting to the Raegan Sather , Sr. Manager, Strategic Marketing, you are responsible for supporting the operational component of our Communities and Homes marketing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you understand the importance of customer experience touch points and you coordinate the implementation of key components to ensure our Presentations Centres and Sales Centres are supporting our sales teams. The position requires a strong project management skillset along with a creative mind to support signage installments, and event planning. There is also a component of problem solving that is important when helping determine operational factors and timelines for new show homes and events.You forge consensus to reach goals; actively participating in immediate work groups by listening and commenting on suggested solutions. You are collaborative by nature and hungry to create and do your best work.Your Key DeliverablesConduct quarterly signage audits for each community.Coordinate signage program in each community and ensure updates are made when required (pricing, location).Work closely with the community operations team, signage vendors and graphic designer to implement signage program.Responsible for the planning and execution of all show home turnovers.Support the creation of community collateral for builder partners.Develop and coordinate events or promotional activities to help launch new stages, show home parades, and show homes in the community.Support and coordinate photography and videography for asset creation to be used for Community website, social media, advertising.Oversee and coordinate maintenance and vendor selection for landscaping and snow removal for show home parades and presentation centres.Organize operational needs for new or closing show homes: signage, lights, etc.Coordinate cleaning contracts and schedules for Community Hubs.Coordinate planters – arranging updates, additions/removals.Responsible for Key Card access for show homes within community hub.Ensuring maps/stages are proofed and printed for team members.Community website audits and content ideation.Update website content based on show home and builder plans, new amenities, and general information.Coordinate the Newsletter program for each community prospect list.myTime administration on show homes and feature homes.Ensure Sales Centre and Show home branding and collateral is present and up to date.Support coordination of photography, matterport, and videography for new homes and move-in ready homes.Implement signage for Move-in ready homes and lot availability.Coordinate sales centre security and maintenance.Make appropriate arrangements for the opening/closing of sales centres, show homes, and feature homes; mats, cleaning, grass/snow removal.Support Marketing Specialist with sourcing and creation of content for social media/blog/PR.Support social media & marketing specialist on the ground by posting to social channels at events.Support updates for website content.Process all invoicing related to signage, maintenance, etc.Support specialists with budget management.Understand and review competitive offerings and market presence.Must HavesPost-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Public RelationsMinimum 1-3 years of Marketing experienceProject management experience with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Strong verbal and written business communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and web-based interfaces.Demonstrated ability to manage communication to multiple stakeholders.Nice to HavesPrevious experience in the land development or real estate industry an asset but not required.Project Management (PMP) certificate.Understanding of digital and CRM applications.Your OpportunityWe are proud to offer our employees what they value most:
