Job Description

Marketing ManagerAgriterra Equipment is one of North Americas largest AGCO dealers. Representing exceptional brands, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Bourgault, Morris, and Cub Cadet. Agriterra is also the first authorized sales and service centre for CAT agricultural products in North America. Weve grown from 3 locations (in 2013) to 12 and have been consistently in AGCO North Americas Circle of Excellence Top 20 dealer group.We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our Corporate team (the ideal candidate will be based out of Stony Plain, but we will consider candidates who reside within commuting distance of our branch locations). This is an exciting, role where you will have your hands full with executing an annual marketing plan, drive the company image, conduct market research and work with the management team to drive our marketing initiatives.What makes the role exciting and what does it involve

  • Plan, manage and execute an annual marketing plan for the company.
  • Survey stakeholders to develop a brand image and company culture that drives growth and aligns with the objectives of the company.
  • Develop lead generation strategies, and talent recruitment programs to help support growth of the company
  • Event planning, trade shows, sales meetings and other activities.
  • Manage social media accounts, running marketing campaigns and driving traffic.
  • Creating marketing collateral for social media, marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Providing marketing reports on a quarterly basis in regards to the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the Executive Team, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaise with external agencies, and supplier partners as needed for marketing.
  • Travel throughout Alberta and parts of Saskatchewan as required.
What are we looking for
  • 5 or more years of experience in a senior Marketing position working as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, Marketing Advisor or similar role.
  • A post-secondary degree in Marketing would be preferred.
  • Proficient with creating an annual marketing plan, conducting customer surveys, lead generation and developing digital marketing strategies to drive the growth of a company.
  • An exceptional ability to partner with Sales and Leadership teams to identify marketing needs and presenting solutions.
  • You are an independent marketing professional when it comes to getting the day to day work done and can collaborate with the team on projects.
  • A creative problem solver, you are solutions oriented.
  • Experience or understanding with the farm community.
