If youre tired of going to your job every day and are looking to build a future for you and your family, lets talk.Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Mosaic Home Services Ltd., the Marketing Specialist is responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to:
  • Managing social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn for Mosaic and its 7 affiliated brands
  • Videography, photography, video editing, graphic creation, and content scheduling using scheduling tools for all social media channels
  • Achieving impression, engagement, and follower targets by creating unique & interesting content
  • Reaching out to local brands and influencers for partnerships and collaborations
  • Working in collaboration with SEO & web development team members to maximize ad effectiveness across Google and social media sites
  • Writing copy for various digital marketing channels, including emails, social media, paid ads, etc.
  • Creating SEO-friendly blog and web page content for Mosaic & affiliated brands
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role
  • A strong English-language writing background with education in a relevant field (marketing, communications, etc.)
  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising unique digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience writing copy for a wide range of digital marketing channels
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC and display campaigns on all major search engines and social media is an asset
