Position: Mobile Crane Operator BruderheimProject Type: IndustrialProject Location: Bruderheim AlbertaShift: DaySchedule: 9 Days on 5 days off - Tuesday to WednesdayAccommodations: LOATravel Details: Not AvailableGC: GrahamAllied Partner: Technical Workforce Inc.Reference Number: 21854We are currently recruiting for Mobile Crane Operator to work at the Cenovus project in Bruderheim AB. This is a January 2023 startAs a Journeyman Crane Operator, you will:Responsibilities:

  • operating a 75 ton rough terrain crane instaling piping and structural steel
  • Inspect and/or supervise hydraulic mobile performance.
  • Operate the hydraulic mobile unit when working around high voltage equipment.
  • Calculate main boom capacities
  • Calculate jib capacities
  • Calculate lift capacities
  • Determine hydraulic mobile configuration
  • Determine what wire ropes are to be used in hoisting
  • Able to perform reeving and lacing.
  • Read load charts
  • Describe the construction, types and functions of wire rope for rigging and equipment accessories
  • Demonstrate proper procedures for reeving and lacing load blocks
Requirements:
  • CSO ( Common Safety Orientation)
  • CSTS 2020
  • WHMIS 2015
  • H2S Alive
  • Journeyman Crane Certification
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • A/D Pre -access testing
