The Ideal Candidate for Mobility Sales Representative/ Administrator:
  • Someone who has customer service experience
  • Someone who is an avid technology user and good with cell phones and technology
  • Someone who can relate to customers, understand their needs, and has a positive attitude
  • Someone who has experience as an administrator in an office environment
  • Someone who has cell phone/mobility/ or retail sales experience
  • Prior Telus sales experience a definite asset
Must Haves:
  • Cell phone and computer literacy
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Alberta Class 5 Operator’s License or the ability to report for regularly scheduled shifts on a frequent and reliable basis
  • Valid First Aid Certificate is an asset
What You Will Do:
  • Delivers an exceptional, game-changing customer service experience within the store, matching clientele with the appropriate service and product to meet their individual needs
  • Educates customers on the suite of Telus mobility and home services products
  • Follows up with customer calls and files contracts
  • Assists other senior sales personnel with filing contracts and backend administrative paperwork
  • Follows TELUS procedures for warranty claims
  • Reads TELUS daily, online bulletins
  • Is a contributor to the monthly sales targets
  • Liaises with other departments to maximize the “Team Concept”
  • Communicates with the General Manager on merchandising requirements and replenishes stock when delivered as required
  • Stays up-to-date on the latest technology and training
