Inovata Foods Corp.is currently looking to add an MRO Buyer to our growing maintenance team our Edmonton, Alberta location.Located in Edmonton, Alberta, with a partnered facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of high quality frozen meals for prominent clients throughout North America.Details.This position will join the maintenance team as a part time Maintenance, Repair and Operations Buyer (MRO).To start, the candidate will work Monday to Friday from 8AM to 2PM. There may be opportunity to work more hours, or for this position to turn into fulltime.Position Purpose.This position is responsible to ensure that the maintenance, repair, and operations of the company has the appropriate inventory of parts, supplies and materials to efficiently and quickly address all maintenance requests, while maintaining the highest level of quality and cost effectivenessThe successful candidate will be responsible for MRO Clerk duties, which consist of the preparation and issuance of purchase orders for products and services that are used to maintain and repair equipment/machinery. The MRO Clerk must also have a solid background and understanding of mechanical and electrical components, as well as possessing mechanical aptitude. The other part of the job will be as the responsible person for stockroom maintenance and control, where duties will mainly consist of organizing the stock room, controlling inventory, and ensuring stock levels are adequate.Duties and Responsibilities.
