We pursue this goal by researching and developing innovative products and processes, integrating state-of-the-art information technology, ongoing education for our entire staff, and a culture of continuous improvement.Our Corporate Vision is to be a Canadian housing provider recognized for sustainability and for leading a revolution in construction industrialization.About the OpportunityThe Multi-Family Sales Associate would assist in selling the company product with accurate and up to date knowledge of the company and its products, including models, model options, pricing and lots, show home or sales center features and standard specifications, builder warranty program, terms and conditions, and financing options. Along with area amenities and features be able to effectively sell to both potential and existing clientsThe Successful Candidate will possess the following characteristics:You are a creative and innovative thinker, a highly motivated self-starter with the proven ability to work independently and within a team environment. You have excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills and take the initiative to offer solutions to improve using superior written and verbal communication skills. You can set priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment while remaining calm under pressure.The Successful Candidate will have the following requirements satisfied:1. Post-Secondary education is preferred.2. PHBA certification and or courses taken are considered an asset.3. Experience in New Home Sales is an asset.4.
