Night Audit
  • You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, quiet, respectable night environment at the hostel in accordance with our policies, procedures, and mission statement.
  • Ensuring guests have a pleasurable stay by meeting their needs in a professional and courteous manner, and by providing excellent customer service.
  • Greeting guests, checking them in and out, performing cash transactions, the night audit, and answering questions in person and over the phone.
  • Ensuring the hostel is kept clean and hygienic by performing light housekeeping duties as needed at night.
  • You also staff the Front Desk, helping people to check in after hours and keep the hostel safe and secure.
