Job Description

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is a customer-oriented information technology solution provider with proven abilities to incorporate strategy, creativity and technical aspects into business solutions. Service delivery is focused in four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training and Managed Services; with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector.ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a OpenText Content ServerConsultant for immediate opportunities. This role is an eight month term that can be done remotely.ROLE:OpenText Content Server ConsultantQualifications:

  • University graduate in computer scient, IT or related discipline and 2 years related experience OR 2 year diploma in computer science, IT, or related discipline and 4 years related experience OR 1 year certificate in computer science, IT or related discipline and 5 years related experience
  • 2 years experience with integration of OpenText Content Server including OpenText API; Rest API; Webservices; Integration with external Applications
  • 2 years experience with OpenText Content Server and related components, performing some of the following tasks: system configuration, maintenance of product patches; day to day health of the application ensuring maximum up time in support of project team deliverables; deployment of changes based on planned project release plan; client support of user interface
  • 2 years experience working as an Application Developer in a large enterprise IT environment utilizing .NET Microsoft Visual Studio, and source control tools
  • 2 years experience mapping, transformation and loading of documents from the line of business application to the OpenText Content Server
  • 2 years experience providing OpenText solution design options for development and configuration
  • 2 years experience with the evaluation of business and technical requirements related to OpenText Content Server
  • 1 year experience working as an Application Developer within an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity
  • 2 year experience working with OpenText Workflows, Workspaces, Connected Workspaces, Web Reports, Web Forms, Templates in Livelink/Content Server
  • 2 years working knowledge of information standards and applicability to business situations and problems
  • 2 years working knowledge or experience with database technologies and schemas
