ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING RESOURCE SPECIALISTPEOPLE AND CULTURENorQuesters are difference makers, and we’re searching for someone outstanding to join our People and Culture portfolio as an Organizational Learning Resource Specialist. Bring your tech A-game and creative nature to help the Culture & Development team design and develop high-impact employee learning resources and experiences.   • Collaborate with teammates to design and develop high-impact employee learning experiences that bring to life NorQuest’s purpose and strategy.
  • Design, ensuring functionality, brand alignment, and consistent format for digital resources and online course content.
  • Build compelling, accessible digital content and online experiences (i.e. webpages, courses, videos, tip sheets, etc.) for synchronous and asynchronous delivery (Moodle 3.11; SharePoint, other Learning Management Systems).
  • Create visual content (i.e. slides and documents for storytelling; infographics) to convey information (i.e. engagement survey, culture analytics, recognition platform data, onboarding information).
  • Hold a laser focus on designing for the experience and perspectives of employees from across the organization (i.e. accessibility, mobile-friendly, low-friction processes, gamification, human-centered design principles, etc.).
  • Provide input/insight on ways to increase the use of technology to positively impact employee learning and development.
  • Create conditions and experiences to increase peer-to-peer learning and peer-to-peer recognition within the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Minimum 2-year diploma in a learning, design, and/or technology-related field of study.
  • Visual design skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Confidence and skill with multimedia development, software applications, design tools, and instructional authoring or e-learning tools. NorQuest currently uses Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Moodle, Blackboard, and additional e-learning and instructional authoring software such as Articulate Rise.
  • Highly proficient with technology and high willingness to explore new tools and technology to enhance employee learning.
  • Coursework and/or experience in instructional design for adult learners and/or employee training and support.
  • Collaborate on interrelated, fast-moving initiatives and events that require coordinated and interdependent efforts, strategic alignment, and strong execution.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a related field, especially learning, organizational development, and/or technology support.
  • Understanding of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational development principles.

SALARY: $2,307 - $2,995 biweekly ($59,974 - $77,877 annually) reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience.
