Job Description

Part Time Client Services / ReceptionistThriving medical aesthetic practice in southwest Edmonton is seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual for a PT receptionist/client services position. Working alongside the primary physician and medical aestheticians, this is a key, client-facing role with significant influence on client experience, satisfaction and sales.The ideal candidate must:

  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to multi task in a busy environment, with strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and be reliable and honest
  • Display a positive outlook and consistently recognize the importance of our clients
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have sound computer skills, preferably experience with an appointment scheduling program
  • Be proficient with handling both information seeking phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Previous experience in reception/customer service is considered an asset
