Go Auto is growing again and is on the hunt for a Payroll Administrator for our growing team!Go Auto is growing again and to accommodate our growth we are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Team! The successful candidate will be a hardworking, detailed orientated, self-motivated individual looking for a new challenge! This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional to grow with a growing company!Full Cycle payroll including but not limited to the following:Responsible for preparing, processing and reviewing semi-monthly payroll for salary, hourly and commission employeesInvestigating and resolving payroll issues in a timely mannerOn boarding and maintaining employee records including eligible benefit plans; respond to questions or inquires from employees with regards to all aspects of benefitsOff boarding and calculating final pay, pay in lieu and severance, if requiredProcess, verify and complete ROE’s by the required deadlinesPrepare and process garnishes and third party demands as requiredMaintaining employee records for Group Benefits Plan which includes new enrollments, terminations and updating records in the HCM system and related spreadsheetsAssist in full cycle accounting and reporting processes such as benefits, WCB and CRA, and posting JV’sProcess WCB, STD and LTD disability claims and co-ordinate gradual return to work with the disability case manager and the employee’s supervisorCompleting the full year end cycle along with reconciling annual government reportsHR related duties; issuing employment verification letters, termination letters and other various functions as necessaryOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environmentMaintain employee confidentiality, privacy and securityPayroll account reconciliation experience or accounting experience requiredMust be well organized, have a strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and procedure orientedExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsTeam player, friendly and have a professional attitudeMust be comfortable in a computer-based environmentAbility to work flexible hours when required and open to changeEducation and Experience:Active PCP Designation2 - 5 years’ experience in a full cycle payroll administration position requiredStrong computer skills with MS-OfficeStrong knowledge in Legislation and Labour Standards in the provinces of Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Ontario and NWTStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDon’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!If you’d love to become a part of the Go Auto family, apply today!About Go AutoThe largest automotive network in Western Canada, Go Auto is comprised of more than 40 locations across Alberta, BC, Ontario, and the Northwest Territories.
