Job Description

We Are Looking For Photo Booth Attendants! - Please read qualifications before applyingAbout Inception Photo Booth:Inception Photo Booth is a 7-year-old Edmonton-based photo booth rental business specializing in interactive and unique photo booth experiences. We deliver an extraordinary premier service that engages all users that come into our photo booth. We offer a 5-star experience to our clients and have won numerous awards year over year (Threebestrated.ca & Top Choice Awards).We are looking to add Event Photo Booth Attendants to our photo booth team!A perfect job for college students. Please read qualifications below.Duties would include:

  • To be available on most weekends and some weekdays
  • Pick up, drop off and set up photo booth equipment from head office to event locations.
  • Interact and position guests that come to the photo booth.
  • Take pictures of guests, print them out and hand them to clients with a smile
  • Ability to change the dye-sublimation printer paper in a specific and quick manner.
Qualifications:Here is our MUST HAVE qualities of our Event Attendants:
  • Ability to work in venues that have age requirements
  • Ability to lift 70lbs (photo booth case (preferred)
  • Must have a valid drivers license and automobile (or SUV preferred) to be able to drive to events or pick up equipment from head office.
  • Punctual: The event happens once and we must be on time to avoid upset customers.
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Driven: If you are looking to succeed and have the drive to do what it takes to succeed this is a perfect position to enhance your drive.
  • Problem Solver: Sometimes duck tape might solve the problem, the ability to jimmy rig or macgyver something comes in handy.
  • Technology inclined: The ability to solve problems if they arise with a computer, printer, camera, flash, or anything photo booth-related.
  • Outgoing life of the party personality: this job is all about connecting to people and having FUN!
No prior event experience is required but would be preferred. We just ask you have the drive and dedication to offer a 5-star experience to our clients.We will provide all the training!Job Type:
  • Part-time Contractor
Schedule:
  • Based on events booked
  • Most weekends needed (Usually the hours from 6 pm to 1 am, but could vary)
  • Some weekdays
Work Location:
  • Mostly in Edmonton and the surrounding area
  • We service all of Alberta on special occasions so the ability to travel for a day or two would be preferred
  • You may have to drive to head office to start the shift on the west end of Edmonton and or you will meet at the live event location.
Pay:
  • Training Rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Duo Rates: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Solo Rates: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
  • With dedication you move up fast and within months. Show me the drive.
Supplemental Pay:
  • Occasional customer tips
  • Company provided bonuses from time to time
Education:
  • High school or equivalent (preferred)
