Project Assistant Job OverviewInline Group Inc. is searching for a skilled Project Assistant to centrally support multiple project locations. This position is based out of our Acheson, Alberta office.Do you have civil construction project experience coupled with an expertise in equipment management Do you prefer an array of duties rather than a set daily schedule Do you enjoy seeing directly how your work impacts the company and not being just another cog in the machine If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic and growing Operations Team!Job Duties: 50% Equipment Management, 50% Project AssistantKey Responsibilities: - Acting as a right-hand person to the Senior Project Manager- Provide logistics, materials, and equipment management support for all project deliverables- Help implement a new equipment tracking system- Assist in managing Project Coordinators- Forecasting workforce requirements for new and existing projects- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures- Processing project related expenses- Monitoring quality and safety compliance- Mobilizing employees to project sites- Maintaining positive communication with clients- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings- Coordinate employee and sub-contractor activities- Work alongside and regularly communicate with Owners, Field Technicians, Engineers, and Project Managers- Other general tasks as requiredSkills and Experience: - Experience with civil construction projects is required- Equipment Management experience is required- 4+ years in a project coordinator or project scheduler role- Experience with managing and leading a team- Professional client communication- Experience with LEMs- Experience with dispatching and coordinating service teams- Surveying and Material Testing experience considered an asset- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook- Ability to work under tight deadlinesInline Perks: · Hybrid work schedule· Medical, dental, and vision coverage· RRSP matching program· Personal Days· Fun office events· Career Learning and DevelopmentWho is InlineWe are Productive and Hardworking, Personable, Humble, Professional, and Adaptable.
