Here at Mid-City Construction Management Inc. we collectively work towards one core purpose: “Building a better community for all families".Responsibilities:· Quantity tracking – fillcrete, common (load counts), pipe materials, pay items.· Maintain digital and paper as built records.· CCTV inspection reports.· Removals drawings.· Document Management – maintaining up to date drawings, specs, etc.· Assist with receiving materials.· Tracking test reports.· Maintaining updated project schedules.· Meeting minutes.· Daily/weekly/monthly job costing.· Support for Project Manager/Construction Manager as required.· Assist with T&M tracking, and change order management.· RFI’s – Submit, monitor and distribute responses.· Shop Drawings – Submit, monitor and distribute responses.· HSE – assist as required.· Assist with creation of monthly progress reports.· Adhere to Mid-City’s HSE, Environmental and Q/QC Systems.Qualifications: · Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in the civil construction industry.· Must be able to positively and effectively communicate and work with contractors, engineers, the public and fellow employees.· Should possess the ability to exhibit and practice strong team building, leadership and project management skills.· Must be able to work independently or as a team.· Strong literacy and numeracy skills are crucial for developing and presenting regular status reports including upcoming milestones, project accounting, progress reports, etc.· Should have in-depth understanding of the various disciplines involved in the construction process.· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, is an asset.· Valid drivers license and own transportation.Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.In addition to providing a dynamic working environment, Mid-City Construction Management Inc. offers competitive wages and benefits packages.For further information about Mid-City Construction Management Inc., please visit our website at mid-city.ca or check us out on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Thank you for your interest in Mid-City Construction Management Inc.
