REPORTS TO: Director of Health ServicesHOURLY RANGE: $28.96 - $34.06/hourHOURS: 37.5 hours/week. If your values are aligned with our values and beliefs listed at: https://www.boylestreet.org/mission-history, please consider joining our team.Job Purpose:The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that this overdose prevention project, funded by the federal government and managed through the Royal Alex Foundation, is coordinated and meeting its goals.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination of project involving many partners
  • Work with partners to ensure that the project is moving forward
  • Organize and host meetings of the partners
  • Monitor budgetary issues
  • Work with AAWEAR and community groups to ensure community engagement and education is occurring as planned
  • Communicate effectively and consistently with funders and partners
  • Work with evaluation team to ensure milestones are being met
Other duties as designated by SupervisorQualifications:Valid driver’s license, registration, insurance and operation of a personal vehicle.Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills along with effective interpersonal and communication skills.Non–judgmental, empathetic, creative, and enthusiasticCore Competencies:Program planning and evaluationIndividual conflict resolutionRisk managementPartnership and stakeholder navigationAdvocacy in systemsGroup facilitationRole and scope navigationInclusion and equityDigital literacyEducation:Degree or Diploma in social or human services or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience working with complex populations, youth, and families.
