Go Asphalt is currently seeking a full time Project Coordinator based out of the Acheson office and Field work would be required.Role & Responsibilities: · Reporting to Project Manager and supports Managers and other divisional personnel with document preparation and filing, equipment and materials required to complete each project on time and budget.· Perform quality take offs, providing relative drafting software, project documentation including contracts, bids, change overs, tracking requests for information and review drawings.· Daily time entry, including; preparing timesheets for Foreman, timesheet review, cost coding for payroll entry and LEM creation for manpower.· Prepare documents for Progress Billing to ensure that all information was captured in a timely manner.· Administer and manage inbound/outbound employee paperwork in a timely manner. Ensure new hire/transfer/demobilization paperwork is in order and appropriately filled out. Maintain employee history data records by electronic filing systems while ensuring data integrity and employee confidentiality.· Contacting 3rd party contractors to ensure they have all requirements met to be onsite.· Review 3rd party subcontractor LEM and submit to client for approval if required.· Support project controls and adherence to policies and procedures within the department.· Maintain reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, printing reports for approval.· Respond to client/employee requests and inquires onsite.· Knowledge of Asphalt and paving considered an asset.· Maintain a current knowledge of new and emerging industry trends, technology, equipment and techniques.· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and sitting for extended periods of time.· Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to be adaptable, manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic and changing environment.· Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy.· Effective written and verbal business communication skills.· Perform other related duties as required.Qualifications: · Completion of Post-Secondary relating to Civil Construction required· Possess valid CSTS 2020 (Construction Safety Training Systems) certification· Full Time 8 -10 hours daily Monday to Friday office and or field· Wage $30.00 per hour· 3 Month probation includes benefits· Class 5 driver with clean 3 year abstract to be providedJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $30.00 per hourSchedule:
