Job Description

  • Investigate, analyze, and coordinate various IMT changes in the government environment resulting from department name changes or movement of programs, services, and personnel.
  • The project involves Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft file system security. Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
  • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and technical requirements. Schedule, organize, and lead project status meetings.
  • Create project and planning documents.
  • Support communication between vendors, client ministries, and technical/business teams.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate IT infrastructure implementation.
  • Provide oversight to ensure projects meet scope, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation and report status.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to manage resources and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track and report time and status.
  • Document technical recommendations and provide guidance.
  • Follow change management processes.
  • CollaboXX on proof of concept and production rollouts.
  • Provide quality control and communicate operational guidelines.
  • Review new services and technology requests, assessing operational impacts and recommending remediation.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • University graduation in business, management, or related discipline and four years of Project Coordinator experience.
  • Two-year diploma in business, management, or related discipline and six years of Project Coordinator experience.
  • One-year certificate in business, management, or related discipline and seven years of Project Coordinator experience.
  • Eight years of Project Coordinator experience.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator leading technical teams in multiple IT project implementations in large enterprise environments (2 years).
  • Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders (5 years).
  • Experience developing project deliverables such as project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures (5 years).
  • Experience in a project management role (5 years).
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently (5 years).
Should Have:
  • Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, including executive level (5 years).
  • Experience leading and facilitating stakeholder meetings (4 years).
  • Experience leading change management and communication planning (5 years).
  • Experience working in an enterprise architecture environment (4 years).
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft file system security (1 year).
  • Experience with IMT change projects within Government (1 year).
