Job Description

Keller Construction Ltd. is looking for a Project Manager for our growing construction team.Our core values of Elevate Safety, Lead to Succeed, Take Care, Make the Team, and Be Professional guide everything we do.We are seeking a Project Manager who has demonstrated the ability to execute exceptional Commercial Construction projects to join our team.Job Purpose: The successful Project Manager will report to the VP of Construction. They will be responsible for growing the revenue and profit of the organization through the full cycle of implementation to completion on all commercial projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget according to the contract, specifications, and scope of work.Desired Background:

  • Proven history of increasing scale Project Management experience in the commercial construction industry with profitable, consistent results
  • Proven, repeated, experience managing projects ranging from $20+ million
  • Demonstrable knowledge of safety procedures and ability to implement onsite
  • Experience in reading and interpreting contract requirements
  • Exceptional computer skills and strong experience with relevant scheduling, planning, and cost control software
  • Post-Secondary education in a relevant discipline
