We’re looking for someone that is curious and respectfully questions the status quo, who can work independently and as a part of our dynamic eLearning Team.Your OpportunityAs a Project Manager, you are nimble in using various project management workflows and strategies to support our community partners and team in developing top notch eLearning courses to advance adult learning. Your drive to achieve deadlines while ensuring quality outcomes is essential.Your business acumen will ensure measurement (ROI, productivity, quality etc.) to effectively achieve outcomes and continuously improving processes throughout all of our eLearning projects. Your exceptional communication and advocacy skills are indispensable in moving projects forward while respectfully holding internal and external stakeholders accountable for their deliverables.You will make a positive impact in the lives of millions of learners who are ready to improve their quality of life through adult education.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver eLearning projects within set timelines and budget using various project management approaches/workflows.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure understanding of deliverables.
  • Liaise with Sales Team and eLearning team members to develop the scope and budget of each project.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects with various scope and timeframe assigned and hold various stakeholders accountable to deliverables in a respectful manner.
  • Accurately document the progress of each project
  • Provide suggestions to improve processes or workflows
  • Manage up as appropriate
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management is preferred
  • 3-5 years direct project management experience is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Actively working towards PMP designation
  • Align with WKT’s core values of accountability, nimble, community-focussed, driven and curious.
  • Experience in software development or online training considered an asset
