If you are an excellent communicator and skilled problem-solver with strong attention to detail, then we have a dynamic work environment where you can play a pivotal role in a diverse range of projects.Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will provide project management for project teams working on projects in the Telecom market.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Experience building business/developing key customer accounts through project managementEstablishing project expectations, procedures, and standards, including QA/QC, safety, code compliance, and managing conformance to these expectationsProposal development and estimatingProject planning, scheduling and cost controlsReports project status and performance data as required to management and stakeholdersManaging a full life cycle of design engineering or engineering/construction projects, including responsibility for financial management of each project.Promoting continuous quality improvementPlanning, organizing, and managing the work of project staff. Encouraging and fostering teamwork between all internal staff, customers, vendors, and contractorsSupporting customers' needs through engineering, procurement, and construction, as constrained by the scope of servicesThe successful candidate should have the following personal attributes:Ability to travel in support of project work and business developmentDemonstrated ability to manage a cross-functional team, with engineering, regulatory, and QA membersProblem-solving and decision-making experience in a formal project management systemAbility to handle multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously, accurately, and with minimal supervisionQualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsThe successful candidate should have the following qualifications:Be able to demonstrate solid leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.Well versed in commonly used project delivery modelsStrong understanding and experience in planning/scheduling techniques and cost and risk managementFrench speaking and writing is an asset.Education and ExperienceDegree/ Diploma in a relevant field from an accredited post secondary institution.Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in a consulting environmentTypical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
