Job Description

Project SupervisorWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor to oversee and enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability within the assigned department. This role involves managing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in both commercial and residential settings.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, guiding the team toward high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe worksite.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including materials and equipment, to maximize productivity.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Identify potential project delays and implement proactive solutions.
  • Support the professional growth of team members through training and skill development.
Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary based on experience.
  • Monthly incentive compensation up to 20% of base salary.
Qualifications:
  • Journeyman experience in the electrical field, particularly in the commercial sector.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems and installation practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects for extended periods.
Education and Experience:
  • Journeyman certification in a relevant trade.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Experience in new construction projects (commercial and residential) is preferred
