Job Description

Job DescriptionCEDA is looking for a Proposals and Contracts Coordinator to support CEDA’s operational teams. If you are sitting in Calgary or Edmonton, AB and looking to expand your skills in our growing team, apply now!Key Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing customer contracts, you will be the go-to person working with the client to administer change requests and facilitate the approval process.
  • You will provide expert interpretation of contract language, and oversee change management processes for existing contracts and review any contract amendments to ensure accuracy and purpose
  • Actively review incoming Request for Proposals (RFP) requirements and coordinate the execution of deliverables
  • Schedule and lead internal meetings for RPRs for proposal content while ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Reviewing estimates with the operations team and internal stakeholders
Role Specifications:
  • 5+ years of related work experience including a direct role in coordinating within a proposals team or handling proposals in support of an established operations team
  • 2+ years’ experience with contract administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
    • Using Excel for existing templates and formula writing and Word for formatting tables, paragraph structure, header/footer formatting, table of contents and general upkeep of branded document templates

  • You are highly motivated and proactive; eagerly accepting new challenges and working under minimal supervision
