Job Description

RE/MAX Elite is currently looking to fill the role of Conveyancer to join our collaborative and talented support team. In turn, our agents are diversely rich in knowledge and experience, and most importantly...really GREAT people.Responsibilities and DutiesYou will be a key member of the RE/MAX Elite Support Team by providing a wide range of conveyancing and administrative support. As the right candidate, you will have excellent attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills.Key responsibilities essential to this position include:

  • Oversee all Listing, Double Ender and buyer real estate trades assigned to you
  • New trades, amendments, addendums, waivers
  • Prepare reporting letters to RAE on pending & firm sales
  • Deposits in trust and general accounts
  • Transaction Management in Skyslope paperless system
  • Conveyancing to lawyers and outside brokerages
  • Handles inquiries from agents related to files
  • Communicate with all parties required to complete files
  • Covering for front reception when required
  • Additional duties as required
Qualifications
  • Three years’ conveyancing experience in a similar role
  • Real Estate Experience required
  • Administrative Support and Data Entry experience required
  • Previous Lonewolf experience is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft software including outlook, word, excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational, technical, time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are required
  • Positive attitude and excellent ability to work independently with little supervision
