For more information, please visit https://insurelineempire.com/Responsibilities:- Excellent telephone etiquettes, Meet & Greet Customers, transfer phone calls- Other Office Administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor- Greet candidates/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff and work with the team- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution, prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels- Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available- Organize team events- Manage social media pagesQualifications:- Strong and clear communication skills- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, critical think and be detailed oriented- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressure- Able to be pro-active and work both independently and as a part of a team- Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and co-workers- High degree of professionalism and integrity- Microsoft office 365 experience required- Outlook experience required- Office Assistant diploma or equivalent an asset- Previous office administration experiences an asset- Background in insurance industry and experience with Epic is an asset- Ability to communicate in Punjabi is an assetWhat We Offer:- Monday to Friday 9:00 am -5:30 pm.
