Building Owners and Managers Association of Edmonton (BOMA Edmonton) is a membership-driven industry association for companies and professionals involved in commercial property ownership and management, operations, and service provision in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region, Central and Northern Alberta, NWT, and Yukon.BOMA Edmonton, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the executive leadership team and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in real estate.Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive #39;s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Maintain and update company records, including contracts and legal documents
  • Assist in financial management tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and various departments within the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience working as an executive assistant or in a similar role within the real estate industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
