Join us and let’s get started.Job DescriptionAECOMs Transportation Engineering Group in Edmonton is currently seeking a Roadway design drafting technologist. Working within the Transportation team, this position is ideal for someone who wants to further their professional development with a leading design firm.Responsibilities include:

• Prepare CAD base files and drawing packages meeting client standards.
• Efficiently work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Using Microstation, InRoads/OpenRoads, AutoCad, and Civil3D to develop drawing packages for roadways, highways, intersections, transit, utilities and other transportation projects
• Assist in the preparation of quantity estimates

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

• Technical Diploma fin a relevant field - civil, etc.
• 4 years experience working with AutoCAD and Microstation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microstation, InRoads/OpenRoads, AutoCad, and Civil3D
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience includes drafting on transportation projects
• Experience with Alberta Transportation, City of Edmonton projects
• Familiarity of Microsoft Office
• Member of Professional Association with ASET
