Sales professionals within our organization are self driven, compassionate, come to work with a positive attitude, and are eager to learn and develop new skills.Pandora West Edmonton Mall is seeking candidates who meet and exceed the standard expectations of customer service excellence, who will enrich and add value to our team, who is passionate about the brand and mission of Pandora, and so much more!ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESSpecific duties and responsibilities critical to completion of daily workload include but are not limited to:

• Meets company sales goals and enhance the guest experience by prioritizing sales behaviors that are currently being practiced by Pandora (SPARK - The Pandora Shopper Experience).
• Sales professionals must be able to identify "shopper types", and tailor the guest experience based on the customers needs.
• Educating guests on general Pandora product knowledge, making recommendations to guests, and overall ensuring the guest has a positive experience in our stodre.
• Performs various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments and counting money.
• Maintains an awareness of guests to both increase service levels and reduce security risks; remains current on policies regarding payment and exchanges, guest service, security practices, and other applicable operations.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and marketing standards.
• Builds and maintains a solid guest following through building brand loyalty, and clienteling.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including setting planograms, zone maintenance, and cleaning standard.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Industry: 1-3 years in Retail Sales or Customer Service IndustryQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment when needed
• Willingness to be flexible around work availability (based upon store business needs) during promotional times and peak periods of business throughout the year, which is communicated far in advance
• Bilingual skills considered an asset
• Knowledge of a cash register system and basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of using Apple based products (iPad)
