Job Description

(previously known as WeedMD Inc.) is the publicly traded parent company of WeedMD RX Inc. a licence holder producing and distributing cannabis products for both the medical and adult-use markets. The Company owns and operates a 158-acre state-of-the-art greenhouse, outdoor and processing facility located in Strathroy, ON as well as a fully-licensed 26,000 sq. ft. Aylmer, ON processing facility, specializing in cannabis extraction. With the addition of Starseed Medicinal, a medical-centric brand, Entourage has expanded its multi-channeled distribution strategy. Starseed’s industry-first, exclusive partnership with LiUNA, the largest construction union in Canada, along with employers and union groups complements Entourage’s direct sales to medical patients. The Company maintains strategic relationships in the seniors’ market and supply agreements with Shoppers Drug Mart as well as eight provincial distribution agencies where adult-use brands Color Cannabis and Saturday are sold.SummaryEntourage Health is looking for a dynamic individual to build our sales team across Western Canada. This individual will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for the Availability & Distribution of brands under the Entourage Health Corp. umbrella, as well as creating brand awareness (in-store) and staff engagement at store level within the designated territory.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks to contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving or exceeding their KPIsJob Duties

  • Manage all accounts in assigned region/s and execute sales cycle initiatives (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Lead brand and product education sessions for each store with key stakeholders. (Budtenders, managers, supervisors)
  • Manage and execute retail basics (Distribution, product availability, display placement, pricing & promo)
  • Build relationships and engagement with staff and managers at each retail location
  • Build strong brand awareness and identification within designated territory
  • Collect, analyze and report competitive intelligence information at retail to help win in market on weekly basis
  • Ability to drive sell out at point of sale through various methods (relationship management, and data driven insights)
  • Establish Color and Saturday as the brands of choice for retailers to distribute and customers to purchase
  • Execute Trade Marketing initiatives and leverage them to gain consumer loyalty and sales
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in Tobacco, Alcohol, Beverage or similar industry
  • Previous experience building brand awareness within a territory
  • Intermediate to expert level MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook/Teams) and some CRM (customer Management Tool) experience but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Solutions oriented with the ability to create win-win opportunities
  • Strong communication on multiple platforms
  • Valid license and clean drivers abstract
