The Sales and Marketing Associate Trainee Program provides you the opportunity of hands on experience in Sales across the region while learning all aspects of our business. This is achieved through the delivery of a development program combined with critical experiences and projects that are important to our business.The successful candidate will be immersed in a 24 month program designed to provide exposure, training, and hands-on experience in all aspects of the pipe business including sales, marketing, production, maintenance, supervision, quality control and logistics.What you will get to do:

  • Participate fully and actively in all assigned development activities
  • Apply knowledge and work collaboratively on various team projects related to training and development
  • Partner with experienced professionals and managers in different departments (sales, safety, operations, human resources, environment, maintenance, quality control)
  • Participate in all facets of the sales cycle with mentoring and comprehensive training
Essential Experience and Skills:
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing
  • Passion for sales and marketing
  • Must have a strong desire to work in a construction materials/ industrial environment
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative
  • Ability to adapt to change and respond well under pressure
  • Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong desire to move into progressively more responsible roles and can relocate if required
Work Environment:Role operates in an office and manufacturing environment with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions.We are a drug free work environment.What we have to offer:
