Job Description

Hours Per Week: 20Seasonal Guest Experience RepresentativeKingsway Mall, Edmonton, Canada

  • Urgently Hiring
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
  • Proactively seek opportunities (using good judgment) to create memorable guest interactions. This will include assisting guests with all inquiries and directions, using open ended questions to ensure complete understanding of requests, anticipating needs, consistently providing excellent service, and engaging guests in conversation to seek feedback and confirm an exceptional experience.
  • Understanding guest concerns and providing immediate solutions.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supporting other activities that support the Oxford Commitment.
  • Selling Oxford Kingsway Mall Gift Cards.
  • Knowledge and ability to provide high service standards of efficiency, accuracy, and consistency when processing gift card sales, reconciliations, accepting payment and cash handling
  • Staying up to date with upcoming and current mall information to be relayed back to guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy
  • A thorough understanding of Mall Layout, and tenants within the Mall
  • Responding to online digital inquiries through Kipsu Platform
To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in customer service or volunteer experience involving interactions with the
public
  • Are friendly, approachable, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Have strong communication skills, with proven ability to ‘connect’ with all ages
  • Have proven ability in maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Have strong typing and computer skills
Working conditions:
  • Must be mobile (walking or assisted device)
  • Able to stand, or sit in assisted device, for the entire shift duration
  • Hours will vary from 14 hours to 35 hours
