Being able to work occasional Saturdays a requirement.Job QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:A love of working directly with customers on the phone, via email, and in our show roomAbove average organizational, and time management skillsIntermediate to advanced typing skillsProficient in the use of computer programs such as (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in the use of internet and cloud computingMust be well-spoken and fluent in EnglishCapable of working on a team and independentlySelf-motivated and able to take initiative on tasksReliableExperience working with CRM software and other cloud based solutions as well as Quickbooks experience would be an assetStrong attention to detailHas technical experience and can understand product capabilitiesAbility to multi-taskJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for growing our sales through sales techniques; this position will focus the majority of their attention on one product line.Duties may include, but are not limited to:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emailsUnderstanding the customer needs and requirementsClosing sales and achieving monthly and annual sales targetsAssist in qualifying opportunities and routing leads to other sales reps for further development and closureAssist in conducting research for sales and marketing plans as directed by managementCompleting administrative tasks, scanning, filing, taking meeting minutes and preparing general correspondencesScheduling existing orders and preparing daily paperwork for install crewAssist as directed in maintaining the integrity and organization of our cloud based CRM and corporate information systemsProviding additional administrative support in our off-season as directed by managementAssist with product orders from our vendorsAssist with scheduling employees and contractorsBuilding and maintaining effective working relationship with othersParticipate in weekly team duties and maintaining a professional work environmentResearch accounts, identify key players and develop new relationshipsOther tasks as assigned by managementTerms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, DayTo learn more about our company and the products we sell, please visit us at www.solariscanada.com.
