Constructing Software Environments:- Tasked with creating fresh or upgraded customer environments for our client #39;s software product implementations.- Competently install and configure both our client #39;s software and third-party components within remote server infrastructures.2. Technical Inquiry and Issue Resolution:- Dive into technical investigations, carry out analyses, and expertly troubleshoot our client #39;s solutions across various customer environments.- Offer valuable technical guidance to customers and collaborate closely with the project management team during server configuration, application setup, networking, interfaces, remote diagnostics, and security.3. Customization and Integration:- Exhibit your talent by developing customized reports and interfaces to cater to specific customer requirements.- Handle the intricacies of custom data import, conversion, and extraction tasks.4. Installation Qualification:- Ensure the meticulous execution of Installation Qualification (IQ) for new or upgraded environments.5. Collaborative Endeavors:- Collaborate efficiently with internal R amp;D teams and vendors as and when required to address escalated issues.Requirements:Educational Prerequisites:- Possession of a technical post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline (or a wealth of equivalent work experience).Mandatory Experience:- Accumulated experience of at least 5 years in IT, software development, or software implementation.- Windows Software Installation/Administration- Proficiency in Linux Software Installation/Administration.- Adeptness in Oracle database administration.- Mastery of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Lua, Perl, etc.Preferred Experience:- Familiarity with middleware and data conversion tools.- Previous exposure to reporting tools like Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, etc.- Proficiency in coding using languages like JavaScript, Java, Oracle PL/SQL.- A grasp of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.- A background in Blood/Plasma Collection, Hospital, or the medical industry.- Prior experience in a regulated industry.Communication Skills:- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.- Adeptness in engaging in intricate technical conversations and adept at providing coaching to customers.- Efficient coordination with internal and cross-functional team members, especially on larger projects.Inherent Aptitudes:- Exceptional technical aptitude and a knack for resolving intricate technical issues.- The capability to work independently with minimal supervision.- An unyielding commitment to attention to detail.- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities, especially when dealing with customers and cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated prowess in written communication.- Adeptness in prioritizing tasks and impeccable time management skills.Join our client #39;s team as a Server Environment Build Specialist and become part of a stimulating, rewarding, and dynamic work environment.
