Job Description

Apache Pipeline Products Ltd is a leading manufacturer in pipeline cleaning and maintenance equipment. Proudly based in Canada, we manufacture and supply pigs and pigging-related equipment for oil, gas and pipeline companies across the globe. Our team is dedicated to providing the oil and gas industry with the highest quality pipeline cleaning and maintenance.The Primary function of the Shipper is to conduct all Shipping activities of all products for the company. Secondary role is to assist in all Receiving and Inventory control activities for the company.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrange for freight carrier pick-ups and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Completion of waybills, obtain rate quotes and add to sales orders when required.
  • Package all product in a safe, consistent and professional manner.
  • Pick orders from inventory as required.
  • Ensure orders are shipped on time, which may require work outside of regular hours.
  • Ensure there are adequate shipping supplies (packaging,pallets,waybills, labels, etc.).
  • Pick and deliver all work order parts for manufacturing.
  • Keep inventory organized and in an area allotted to that item number according to the warehouse bin system.
  • Operate a forklift and other equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for building security inside and outside of the shipping/receiving area.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Forklift Operator Certification and strong operator skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of company products and services.
  • Previous Shipping/Receiving experience an asset.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma preferred; or one-year related experience and/or training in inventory control or warehousing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Own transportation required as no transit service available.Must be legally permitted to work in Canada.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:
