Job Description

  • Receive all incoming material, parts, and services with the required paperwork.
  • Complete sales order processing
  • Picking stock chokes to be shipped out to customers
  • Provide shipping documentation support for the shipping department
Duties Include:
  • Receive all parts, material, services, and other goods
  • Visually inspect parts or product received for damage
  • Ensure component parts (shipped and received) are packaged according to Master Flo standards
  • Follow receiving process as described by Work Instruction
  • Report all variances in receiving of product or parts to lead receiver immediately
  • Inspect valves sent to MFV for NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials) per internal safety procedure and quarantine if necessary
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
  • Maintain cleanliness/tidiness of Receiving and Shipping outside assigned areas
  • Running daily report on sales orders shipping schedule
  • Notify regional offices and project team on outstanding orders on a weekly basis
  • Enter and process shipments in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit CAED B13 customs export declarations
  • Create bill of ladings for shipments
  • Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for shipments
  • Prepare certificates of origin and getting them attested by the chamber of commerce
  • Liaising with customers, agents, and freight forwarders regarding delivery schedules for international orders
  • Perform other duties as required
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
  • Two or more years of receiving / shipping experience. International shipping experience would be an asset.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Effective reading, writing, and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety and quality policy.
  • Solid work ethic and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Grade 12 diploma (preferred).
  • Forklift experience (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP ERP/MRP software systems.
