Site Superintendent(ICI) Educationamp; HealthcareEdmontonAbout our clientAn established ICI General Contractor in Edmontonmajor multi-million dollar projects in healthcare, educationamp; workspaces, They have carved out a niche for themselves in the Institutional space and have been delivering projects for 40 years. They have loyal staff who are currently retiring and are looking to build up their roster.About the roleJoining the team as a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day to day construction activities on a high rise project which includes:

  • Assuring projects are completed according to design and specifications meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Ensure healthamp; safety on site
  • Creating progress reports throughout the project for key stakeholders
  • Communicating with site staff and creating schedules
  • Coordinating all relevant inspections
Location - Edmonton Compensation - $110,000-$130,000 (Based on experience) plus vehicle allowanceamp;benefitsQualificationsMust have multiple years of experience working in the ICI environment as a Site Superintendent with preference on Institutional projects such as schools, universitiesamp; hospitals. Experience specifically with schools is preferred. Strong experience in scheduling is required, as is supervising trades, evaluating labor requirements, attention to detail and ability to prioritise and problem solve to ensure deadlines are met and production continues.
