Job Description

Carstar Express Edmonton South is one of Edmontons premiere small damage facilities and we are looking to expand our team. We specialize in making vehicle repairs easy and pain-free for our customers.Our small facility is also connected with other 5 full collision stores. Our goal is to grow the successful candidate into a well–rounded technician who is comfortable in all facets of the autobody trade.This position is a combination of back-end work (i.e. autobody work) and front-end work (i.e. interacting with customers, scheduling appointments, etc.).Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in repairing vehicles in a professional setting.
  • Someone with autobody experience and has competencies in areas such as prepping, application of undercoats, component R&I, and small to medium bodywork.
  • Excellent communication skills. You must be able to communicate to colleagues & customers effectively. This is not a place where you can put your head down and remain to yourself.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills.
  • Consistency of work quality.
  • Passionate to offer extraordinary customer service for our customers.
  • Drive to keep learning and growing personally and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and able to learn new programs (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Mitchell Repair Centre, etc.)
  • Valid drivers license is a MUST!
