You work hard towards your goals and set new ones for yourself.What can you expect in this roleAs the Store Leader, you will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, which will include training, motivating and the development of employees. You’ll be a coach and a mentor and provide leadership to the team.You’ll recruit, interview and hire for all store positions to maintain optimal store staffing needs and schedule talent to maximize productivity. You will ensure proper floor coverage and floor management to maximize store volume.As an effective communicator, you will share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations to the Retail Leadership team and promote brand initiatives to customers.
