Job Description

We are so excited to be opening up a one of a kind hair extensions and hair accessories lounge in Southgate Centre this June!We are looking for a motivated individual to run our team in our brand new location! The individual must be a person who takes INITIATIVE to take action and who has previous sales skills, as well as dealing with people & employees. Our location will be a place where we help women build their confidence through there hair! We will be offering a variety of removable hair extensions, hair toppers, & hair accessories. If you have previously worked with hair this would be a great qualification! Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends ETC. We are looking for someone long term, who is motivated to build themselves & our team!Management duty’s are as follows:Develop strategic plans for optimized productivityReview and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvementUphold standards of excellence and soaring qualitySeek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationshipsProvide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areasFor example:· Customer service exceeds standards (Management and all employees)Twice a month training is to be done to help employees knowledge, product, and customer service skills exceed. Reports will be requested on what was discussed during training. (General Manager and Assistant managers may work together on this)· Hiring and Firing of employees (General Manager only)· Plan events and hands on classes after hours· Inventory Management· Schedule for employees· Ensure Stores Quotas and sales are being met as well as employee salesDaily and Monthly Responsibilities:· Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity· Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement· Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality· Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships· Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas· Ensure all employees are on time· Give upper management feedback on sales, popular products, ETCSkills and Qualifications:· Proven experience in a managerial role· Strong decision-making capabilities· Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills· Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans· Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable· Strong working knowledge of operational proceduresJob Types: Full-time, CommissionAdditional pay:
