Job Description

Ghost Armor Southgate is looking for a Manager!We are looking for a fun, outgoing Store Manager to join our Ghost Armor Team!Our ideal candidate meets the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail or a technological related field
  • Ability to lead a team of sales associates, train them to succeed and hold them accountable for work ethic, performance and company standards
  • Thinks outside the box when it comes to sales – upselling, referral sales, networking
  • Is a self-starter with the ability to effectively address issues before they have escalated
  • Places value in having fun at the workplace and ensuring this is the case for the entire team!
  • Previous management experience is definitely an asset.
Expectations of a Store Manager include but are not limited to:
  • Establishing relationships with customers and providing them with the best insights on mobile device protection, explaining the core differentiating elements of Ghost Armors product line
  • Building relationships with mobile device retailers and other stores within the shopping centre
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends in the telecommunications and mobile device world
  • Developing a network of clients that come to you and your team for any cell phone and mobile device protection needs, referring their friends and family
We offer:

Duties:
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain sales targets for self and team
  • Place weekly purchase orders

  • Inventory Management
We are looking to hire immediately! This position offers 35-40 hours per week, daytime, evening and weekend availability is a must, however, scheduling is flexible.
