Your Opportunity:Reporting to the Supervisor Site Services, this position is responsible for creating replenishment orders for end users supply cart locations utilizing hand held computer. Provides support to Patient Care units, ensuring units are supplied with inventory by means of top-up replenishment module or direct order as appropriate, in accordance with department procedures. Responsible for maintaining end user supply carts and maintenance of the cart inventory integrity. This position is responsible for receiving and the verification of inbound orders from the Regional Warehouse in accordance with proper and prudent practices as outlined by departmental procedures.Description:As a Stores I, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the picking, packaging, shipping and receiving of orders for hospital supplies, equipment and/or food in accordance with AHS guidelines and standards. You will process incoming requisitions and distribute supplies, complete cart audits for quality assurance and communicates frequently with stakeholders to ensure appropriate and correct quantity of supplies are available. In addition, you will track and report on inventory to ensure over stocking does not occur.
