Job Description

The Studio Coordinator position is a key position in Lash Up. The applicant of this position is a customer service expert with strong leadership skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented organization.The position reports directly to the owner and CEO, Carlea Stackaruk, as well as works closely with the studio managers in our Edmonton, Red Deer and Sherwood Park locations, the applicant handles scheduling for all Lash Up locations. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for answering all telephone inquiries for Lash Up Corp – this includes managing the bookings for three stores, the timely response to customer inquiries and complaints and liaising with Studio Managers as required to address and satisfactorily resolve issues raised by clients.
  • Greets clients as they enter the studio in Edmonton. As the face of Lash Up you will warmly invite clients into the studio and ensure they are respectfully cared for while in the studio. When appointments are concluded, you will accept payments from clients and ensure that they are satisfied with the services they received.
  • Responsible for assisting the CEO in the management of social media activities for the organization.
  • Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as confirmation calls, filing, cashing out clients etc.
  • Responsible for supporting the CEO in Academy enrolments and customer support associated with the Academy. This may include booking training facilities, hotels, etc. for training outside of Edmonton and addressing any customer requirements for their training experience.
  • This position has the potential to evolve and lots of opportunities for advancement
  • Assisting with our sister company Lash Up Pro in packaging and shipping product orders
  • Various other administrative tasks such as confirmation calls, follow up emails, data entry etc are also included in this position.
The hours for this position are Tuesday to Saturday, with the following set schedule:
  • Tuesday to Friday 12pm to 6pm
  • Saturdays 9am to 3pm
