Your Opportunity:Description:Reporting to the Manager, Food Services the Supervisor has direct responsibility for maintaining day to day operations at the site level, aligning AHS, Nutrition & Food Services, and site priorities with the delivery of patient food services demonstrating a patient/customer-focused approach. Position exercises considerable independence in performing responsibilities and accountabilities which include: Provision of frontline staff direction & supervision within operations, completion of human resources activities (including but not limited to the recruitment process, training, investigations, performance management), participates in the development and implementation of menus and standards set by NFS, manage food, supply & labour expenses to achieve financial targets, promotes quality improvement and staff engagement in operational problem solving and promotes safety ensuring safe work practice & condition, site compliance to guidelines, standards and regulatory directives. Performs other related duties.
