This job opportunity is for Tim Hortons at 1850 102 Street N.W. in the South Common Shopping Area. As a Supervisorreporting to the manager, you would be expected to deliver friendly and accurate customer service through a variety of jobs including working at the coffee station, drive thru, sandwich station, as a cashier, order taker and baker. The supervisor is expected to accomplish all shift objectives and tasks. These tasks would include but are not limited to completing all logs, attending to customer concerns, supervising staff on duty, maintenance and operation of equipment, helping with deliveries and orders and communicating and working with the manager to accomplish the overall operation of the restaurant.You must be physically fit and be able to lift at least 25 pounds to complete the tasks required.You would need to have reliable transportation to and from work.Our supervisors are expected to treat every Team Member and Guest with respect. You would encourage an exciting and fun work environment while cooperating with the team to meet Tim Horton Standards and management expectations. The successful candidate would be expected to follow all health and safety policies as directed to you by management.Completion of St. Johns Ambulance First Aid and Food Safety Training would be an asset but is not required upon hire.COVID-19 Considerations: The safety of our guests and staff is continues to be a priority for us here at Tim Hortons.
