Working within the Supply Chain function, the position is responsible for providing support for coordinating with both internal customers and external vendors relating to reverse logistics activities. This is a highly entrepreneurial role responsible for a profit center, requiring effective problem solving and customer interactions.Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer return requests and schedule for pickup/return services.
  • Create and manage return networks across service zones and develop strategic relations with return partners.
  • Find alternate disposal options for the company’s products.
  • Manage the inventory of returned products to maximize profit center goals.
  • Validate reverse logistics invoices and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Cross train with other staff on the Supply Chain team
  • Other duties as may reasonably be assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher
  • CCLP certification (Preferably)
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must have 3 years experience with global and domestic supply chains, consumer goods, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
  • Must have strong demonstrable knowledge of supply chain management tools and principles or Purchasing designation.
  • Must have good analytical skills and a good user of MS excel or Google sheets.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, solve problems and make decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
