Job ID #345351Technical AnalystOn behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Technical Analyst for a 6-month contract position working in Edmonton.Technical Analyst Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent end user support and problem resolution via telephone, email and in-person interactions.
  • Prioritize and effectively resolve IT call tracking tickets that have been assigned.
  • Accurately document all incidents and service requests and their resolutions.
  • Participate in moves, add and changes of physical IT assets.
  • Assist in providing Tier 1 support when request volumes are high.
  • Able to support a variety of devices (PC, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices in the vehicles, etc) at our primary location and various others throughout the City.
  • Assist in PC and laptop lifecycle initiatives.
Technical Analyst Mandatory Skills
  • Entry level experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products including –Windows 10 and Office365.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other related duties as required.
