Job Description

BUSINESS UNIT: GRIMSHAW TRUCKINGPOSITION: TEMPORARY FULL TIME BILLING CLERKLOCATION: EDMONTON, ABSHIFT: FROM 10:30AM TO 7:00PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support for Billers
  • Responsible for all the scanning day time duties
  • Data entry – enter bills proficiently and correctly
  • Help all outside terminals with billing inquiry
  • Release and manifest outbound day time trailers
  • Responsible for all the scanning day time duties
  • Assist with bill audits and consolidations
  • Other projects and duties as assigned by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Data Entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Positive, Pleasant and Professional attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take own initiative on projects
  • Awareness of our Corporate Objectives and Principles
  • Team Player – has respect for self and co-workers
  • Must have own transportation
