Job Description

BUSINESS UNIT: GRIMSHAW TRUCKING L.P.LOCATION: EDMONTON, ALBERTAPOSITION: TEMPORARY PART TIME SCANNER/BILLERSHIFT: TUESDAY AND THURSDAY (6:00PM TO 10:00PM)RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter bills efficiently and correctly
  • Maintain an average bill count of a minimum of 30 bills per hour
  • Assist with scanning, cross-docking, manifesting & scale shack as required
  • Maintain less than 4% error rate
  • Minimum of 4 hours per shift
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Positive, pleasant and professional attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take own initiative on projects
  • Awareness of our Corporate Objectives and Principles
  • Team Player – has respect for self and co-workers
  • Must have own transportation
